Email Status Updates
As you are aware of by now, our email service provided by Rackspace has had some major problems over the past 4 days. Most of the problems were time related in receiving email. The delays could have been a few minutes to several hours. I'm happy to say that those problems were corrected over the weekend and the majority of our customers are "back to normal." However there are a handful of customers that still can not get into their mailboxes at all. This is related to a bug that hit Rackspace's system during an upgrade last week. There is a program running that will automatically correct this but it hasn't run though all of these affected mailboxes yet.
